I received a phone call two months ago about a credit card that would cost me $221.95.There would be no APR nor would there be any other fees. NO FEES AT ALL! This is what I was promised.

I was told that because my credit was not perfect I had qualified for this new program that was being used to help people like myself and to give people like myself another chance.

I was also told that I would receive a package in the mail that would contain a packet of special offeres/discounts and all the information I need to know. When this packet arrived I was supposed to look for a page that required my signiture and I was to mail it back and within 12-15 days, I would receive a credit card with a credit limit of $2500.00. I needed to set-up a draft date for them to go into my checking account and take out the fee of $221.95 and I did.

Two weeks later I had not received anything...not even a letter of recognition. I called and they appologised for being a little behind because of the holidays and asked for a little patience. The following week, they took their money from my account. I still had not received a thing from Freedomresources.

Well, after approx. four weeks had gone by since our initial phone conversation and after they had taken money from my checking account I still hadn't received anything...I called again and was told that they had just mailed my packet the previous day and that it should be arriving any day now.

Five days went by and I called again...this time, very angry!They appologised and again, used the "we're running behind" story.

I had explained the entire story and expressed how frustrated and disturbed I was. After all, $221.95 is alot of my hard earned money and I have nothing to show for it.

The woman I spoke with noted in her computer how long I had been waiting and that I was very upset and she said she made a "special" notation to send my packet out with the next "batch" of packets going out.

It has been several weeks since and I have still not received a single thing from them. I have since tried to call and continue to get the run-a-round.

I would like to either have my money back or the Credit Card that I was promised and Paid for. Could you Please Help? Someone?
