These people are bad! If you are unlucky, they will not even show up for your installation. Just ask Jeff Katz the VP of sales. I have phone messages from him pleading with the sales force to stop in for the 15 minutes the are required too. Katz does not really care that they introduce the installers to the client, and discuss the lay out of the install. All Katz is worried about is that the customer signs off on the job that day.

That is when the money starts moving from Wells Fargo. A 5-year lease on a 7-year-old windows 98 system. Where do they get these computers? This information comes from owners of these system and ex-employees. I feel bad for their sales people, they are commission only. If the make a sale they must keep moving, they cannot come back for installs, training or loss prevention on an on going basis.

Look a Gordon Gisser one of their top sales persons. In a top selling month (10-12 systems) he will travel from above Albany NY to out on Long Island. In addition, not in the nice car they give him for the month, with a thousand mile limit on it, which sits in the driveway, maybe he takes it back and forth to the monthly meeting. He does that mileage in a week, and he defiantly does not go back to anyone unless he makes money. What about those monthly pep rallies they have. With there own pledge? To what the all mighty dollar? Give me break. When I heard about this, I almost throw up.

Freedom is out of business, but I'm still here.  Obliviously, Tom was a disgruntled and envious ex-employee.  Thank you Tom for the honorable mention and recognition of my hard work and travel... but, you were mis-informed.... I ALWAYS went back to my clients and continue to do so... that's just one reason why I 'm still in this business...operating my own company... the right way... delivering top quality products and excellent services at fair prices!  And, yes, I service old Freedom customers... those that bought from me as well as from other reps.
