Complaint Review: Freedom Shield Warranty

On October 31, 2017 I purchased a 2010 Cascadia from Diamond Truck Sales (which was adament about not helping), my sales rep constantly explained to me that i need to purchase the warranty from Freedom Truck. Because if anything goes wrong with my truck, they would repair it. Well, after paying the $1,000.00 to him for the warranty, I drove the truck home. Went to my employer to get a load on the back, the truck broke down.Well I felt confident in the warranty and contacted Freedom Shield, well guess what, they DENIED my claim!!!!So i had to pay out of the pocket for the first repair. Then around Christmas of 2017, the truck broke down on me again, called Freedom Shield, DENIED!! So at that point I said to myself, what do you guys cover, since everything I am asking you for, you are denying. Now in 2018, the truck went down for rack a pinon went out on the truck, guess what called Freedom Shield again, DENIED!!! I was out of work for 3 months, behind on bills, Freedom threatning to come and repossess the truck. I was stuck in a bad situation, and all Freedom Shield said was "I'm sorry. We can't help you!"

They are completely a rip-off company that has no morals or values, only scamming you out of your money. They will not pay for anything at all. i wish there was a law against people lke this. It's ridiculous. Please do not purchase a warranty and believe that you will get help in getting any repairs. You can forget it.
