I was contacted via phone from freedom financial, they told me about this credit card offer to rebuild my credit,i asked whether i could use the card anywhere, they replied yes,i sent them a $300.00 dollar deposit, and what i recieved in the mail almost made me pass out... they sent me a catalogue filled with things i wouldnt even order if i did want to keep the account.

i called them immediatly to request my deposit back,i was told by one of the reps that i had to submit a written request on why i didnt want to stay with them, i did so. After about a month with no response I contacted them and was told it was in process and a letter would be sent when completed. I waited another month & called again & was told the same thing, in process. By this time I am getting reall frustrated But I waited.

Finally when I called just a few days ago I was told I was given a store credit. I explaned I didnt want credit, I want a refund that is when they went onto say I agreed to these terms and they have it on tape and I could go to their website and purchase some lovely items.

First off I told them I would never agreed to a no cash refund and 2nd they never mention I had to use this card in their catalog only!! I did check their website out and its a joke, all items (what little they do have) are all overprice and when I checked the reviews on some they were more or less a waste of money. All I was trying to do was build my credit back up and all I go was ripped off !! I am so angry all I want is money back & i want something done about this!!
