I went to the bank to get some gas money for work and found that my account was overdrawn.I previously applied for a payday loan over the internet where I supplied my personal information. A company I have never heard of had withdrawn $49.95 from my account without my permission.
I am a single parent of two children,and I work 8 hours a day at Walmart, barely making enough money to clothe and feed my children.Its a shame how people steal and prey on others this way.

First off I want you to know that this company ripped me off as well. the first thing you must do is call the 877-807-4709 and cancel the subscription so that they won't continue to bill you. this # is to a third party (Belfort Capital) that handles the calls. also advise them at that time that you would like a refund they will tell you it takes up to 30days and that they will have to mail you check. the addres for belfort capital is 8550 W Desert INN RD ste # 120-381 Las Vegas NV 89117. After that go directly to your bank advise them you were in search of a payday loan and your info was forwarded to these crooks. you in no way wanted their service. they should have you fill out a dispute which takes up to 10 days. and you money should be refunded to your account. I wrote to consumer affairs and the Federal Trade Commission. the mailing address for Freedom subscriptions is po box 52080 Sparks NV 89435 physical address is 5190 Neil RD Sparks NV.This information is for Freedom Subscriptions and not Belfort Capital. Your bank should also refund the overdraft fee if there was one. these people should be punished to the fullest extent. It doesn't matter where you work or what your situation is these people are crooks. no one and I do mean no one should be able to steal your hard earned money and cause fees at the bank. The situation that they put me in will not be forgotten. I had to get money from family. I would'nt have felt so bad if they had said they made a mistake and gave the money back right away. but no... When I wrote the Federal Trade COMM. they responded as though I did something wrong and I did not. I did not even get the pay day loan at that time. Well I went to their website and chatted at freedomcs.com which is a bigger joke than Belfort. I was able to get a universal login to look at the site. you can go to wwwmembershiplogin.com username; customer651 password 651651 just to look at the site. they do not have one thing of interest to me and I am confident that everyone feels the same way. I have responed to several of people regarding freedom subscription because I want everyone to fight back. now even on legitimate sites such as for my bills I am leary of entering my information. Please do not let these people get away with this. If you or I did anything like this the COPS would haul us off to jail.. May GOD BLESS you and your family. I pray that you take action ALSO I wrote the COMMISSION back and explained the events that happened I advised them that i got my money back but that the people were lying about how they got my info and that they needed to be prosecuted.
