I purchased two phones with the promise of lifetime (whole lifetime was unclear) cellular service which included 500MB of Data, 200 minutes of Talk Time and 500 Texts each month.
The company automatically turns off your phone after only using 400MB of data.
The phone is TOTALLY turned off at that time because although the offer when you buy your device also includes Talk and Text services in addition to the Data, those services also require Data to be enabled so when you Data is turned off, the phone becomes totally USELESS unless you exceed to their extortion and pay for additional data.
You never get to use all the Data that was promised when you bought your phone.
This would make a GREAT Class Action as there are many people experiencing the same problem.
