I ordered the device back on September 1, and a little over two months later, I still haven't received it. I called them two weeks ago, and was told that it was still on backorder, to wait anthor two weeks and call back again. I waited and called back.
When I called this morning, the agent who answered, tried to get me to keep the service by offering me another free month of service, ( In his words) "whenever the device ships. Finally after waiting and getting hung up on, I talked with somone and told them what I wanted don, there was nothing that they could do to make me keep the service.
She did as I asked. I told her that I wanted a copy of the cancellation emailed to me, she had to put me on hold. When she came back she said it was sent, and to make sure I checked my email before letting her hang up.
