Freedompop Freedompop Hotspot Pro error code 500, no weekend support Los Angeles California
Unreliable Wireless Freeomdompop Hotspot PRO 3G Connection and limiited support hours only available Mon~Fri 9~5pm PST. Many other ISPs I know provides weekend support. Error code 500, told me to keep repeating Update 3G PRL & 3G profiles, even when I told them I already tried it last night. Still does not work after all troubleshooting steps. No 4G connection available. Suppor phone call put on hold more than twice for more than 15 minutes.
