Freedompop Keeps withdrawing money from my bank and I recieve NO service. Impossible to cancel. Tried entering my account info but they cant verify my account. No account but they keep taking money from my bank? They do this multiple time in a month. RIP OFF! Los Angeles ca. Internet
This company keeps taking money from my account and I have not had service for 6 months. They have even made more than one withdrawal in a month more than once. When I try to communicate whith them I am told they can not find my account. Tried the phone and it is impossible to talk to a human. This is not the phone service they offer, it is the hotspot they sell. My credit union won't help because I use a debit card. Why they cant stop this is beyond me. It looks luke I'm going to have to find a new bank. This company is RIP-OFF!
