Freedompop has refused to correct errors with their rollover data package.  I had about 5 gig of stored data and one day it just vanished.  I have reached out to them by phone, email, and forum with no success.  I even got hung up on by the last rep I attempted to talk to.  This has been frustrating.  I am ready to give up on them in a few days.  I would advise anyone to think twice before doing business with this outfit.

why does it take 3 days or more for someone in customer service to get back to me when their instructions are to file the request online?  And why is it that no one answers the phone live or you are on hold for 1/2 hour when trying to reach someone voice?  I signed up for a plan with a 30 day trial period.  we just got the set last week.  I was charged $24.99.  I can get no one on the phone or online to answer my request?  Now I have to go through the bank to reverse the payment...All I want is an answer?

i have been a customer of Freedompop almost a year.i have 2 photon hotspots for myself, one hotspot for my girlfriend, and a zte force cellphone.i have never had extra charges on my card.when i contact Freedompop i use Twitter.they respond fast.you must have patience when dealing with them.they are a small company that gives you way more than your monies worth.i am happy. this is my opinion.
