Dear FreedomPop Executives,

 

I am appauld that your company was quick to take my money and then have me wait for my device that I still haven't receive. I have to say I was skeptical when I went on your site, However, I still gave the company the benefit of the doubt and sigh up anyway. Very Bad Move. Well Thank You FreedomPop for nothing. I've sent numerous emails in which no one has contacted me. I don't mind waiting for backorders but when I see I am getting the run around thats whats very upsetting. I would like to cancel my order hopefully don't have to wait a month for a refund.
