(1) To file a Complaint to 'Customer Service' following is asked for "1.  SIM ICCID (It's a 20 digit numbers and starts with 8901)". SIM card is a Microelectronic encapsulated Chip of the size of one cm. To get the number SIM card need to be taken out of the WiFi device. Even with a normal lens it is impossible to read the above tiny 20 digit number ! Other than harassing the customer what is the need for this ?

(2) Dirty Game of 'TopUp' ! There is a 'TopUp Credit' that draws $20 from customer bank and puts into it if there is not enough balance to cover monthly charge. With maliceous intent this TopUp is 'De-activated' and monthly fee is drawn from customer bank. Now game starts ! De-activated TopUp can be Re-activated and should stay valid for 30 days. But this is violated, TopUp is maliceously De-activated and monthly fee is drawn from customer bank, instead of drawing from TopUp Credit. Other than harassing the customer what is the intent of this 'dirty game' ?

(3) Even if account is cancelled above TopUp balance is not refunded. Note this is drawn from customer bank. Isn't it 'unethical cheating' ?
