Complaint Review: FreeGas.com - FreeBeeGas.com - FreeGas Central.com

Our Family has a total of 3 different Free Gas Cards that were given to us by different Vendors when we went to purchase. The offer of Free Gas makes one purchase items, believing that taking the Gas into account, the item will cost you less.

All 3 of us have been filing our monthly Coupon, $100 worth of Gas Receipts and sending letters of which we have kept copies, each month since September 2008.
Each time, we receive e-mail confirmations that the papers have been received. When I replied asking when the Gas Cards will be sent, they email back, with apologies, stating that there has been a delay but they will be sent out.

After 4 months, I have exhausted the $100 of Coupons on 2 of the Offers but not a single refund has come.
If you call their 800 number, you do not get any reply.
Each of us have paid $5 to register and if they are doing this to thousands of people, they are receiving many thousands of $5 fees.

I intend to report this to the local AG office and Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau etc.
The Vendors also need to be informed since they are taking part in a scam which induces people to buy from them.
