Complaint Review: FreeGiftsAmerica.com

FreeGiftsAmerica.com ripoff, paid over $300 for cruise vouchers that they don't even activate. The vouchers they sent were worth no more than the paper they were on! Deer ParkDeer Park New York

'Bought' travel vouchers for a cruise, nothing there is free you more than pay for the stuff with the shipping fee. So I paid $350 to have them 'ship' out 4 pieces of paper. They looked good and at first I was pysched to be getting such a good deal on a couple of cruises. I call the company to make reservations and they said that the vouchers were never activated. Which means that FreeGiftsAmerica was just selling blank papers! I called them on this, not an easy task since they don't give out numbers - but traced it back to my credit card statement. They did a song and dance, the manager would only tell me her first name, says she NEVER gives out her last name, and I'm still stuck with these useless vouchers and minus $350!
