Leased a brand new 2017 Hyundai Tuscon 1.6L turbo on january 2 2017.  Car was engulfed in flames while parked on July 18, 2017. If you value your life, Do Not But any vehicles from this dealership. ( Hyundai of freehold n.j.) they've known about these problem cars and are still selling them with no regards to human safety. The salesman ( JUSTIN MINER )is an outright  Liar and cannot be trusted. All he cares about is selling or leasing the car and getting you out of there. The finance manager, (KEVIN MORRIS ) well we all know what he cares about, is just getting your money, signing the paperwork, and see you later.

Went for service 3 times on this vehicle in march, april, and May of 2017 and was told nothing was wrong. ( of course).

Car was parked in driveway when i received a call at 7:04 pm on July 18,2017. When i arrived car was engulfed in flames and the fire department was there putting out the fire.

What a terrible tradgedy for anyone to have to go through. Fire Marshalls had determined that the fire was started by some Electrical issues.

When i called Freehold Hyundai and told them what happened, they were very cold to the issue and didnt even care to listen about what had happened.

The only thing they said is, If you want we can lease or sell you a new car. There nothing but money hungry mongrels. They dont care about anyone or anything.

If you value your life, do not buy anything from Freehold Hyundai, There nothing but liars, and cheaters and cannot be trusted in any way.

The video will be posted on you tube of the car on fire. So check it out.  Just type in( Hyundai tuscon fire ) and you will see it with your own eyes.

Why do you think they knew about a problem with the brand new car? Did you suspect an electrical problem with the car you had for over five months?

What was the lie or lies told by the salesman?

What are the specific reasons you took the car in for service in March, April and May?

How did the dealer cheat you? Why can’t they be trusted? There is nothing wrong with the dealer attempting to sell or lease you another car.

Why do you claim the dealer is at fault for the fire?

You made several general complaints. Please be specific in your answers.
