I've started working on Freelancer.com since last two months and I was doing well. I've done two project successfully in the last one month and earned more than AUD 400 from the same client with very positive comments and 5 start rating. When I wanted to withdraw fund then freelancer asked me to verify my account and I submitted all of my valid documentization. Then one day later when I tried to logging in, I saw that my account got closed. Then I tried to contact with freelancer.com's support center and they replied me that I violated their t&c. But they didn't write me the reason in brief. I replied through their e-mail in that day, but two days later they didn't reply me back yet.

In fact, I wrote them to send my money back to my bank account, but they didn't reply me yet. This is really so much disappointing to me. I've more than AUD 362 in my freelancer.com account and I still want my money back. Is there anyone who can help me out to get my money back? I would love to hear back with the solution in short. Thanks. :(
