Complaint Review: FreelancerHomeWriter.com

I received an email promotion and responded to registration offer for $2.95. I paid with my VISA card. They emailed an ID and Password, but they didn't work. I could not get onto the website, let alone get a writing job.

All efforts to reach them by phone or email were unanswered. Then, I saw my credit card was charged $97.00, instead of $2.95. It was then I surmised I had been scammed. Hopefully, my credit card company will reimburse me, because the company is incommunicado. Yet, I continue to receive email promotions for the same things.

My suggestion is stay away from freelancehomewriter.com and be careful of similar gigs.
