Complaint Review: FreeLotto AKA PlasmaNet Inc

i live in Australia and have been Bombarded with these emails telling me i have Won $$$$$$$ only to find out i need a Credit Card to claim the prizes.

i for one cut my Bankcard up 20 years ago and do not require one, if i can not pay cash i use a cheque.
at the end of the day Free means it cost Nothing, not $$$ per week to be Eligable for FreeLotto.

i have forwarded a couple of the offending emails to the Australian Federal Police so they may be in contact with your Agencies in reguard to this SCAM.
