I will paste the letter I e-mailed FreeLotto.com and it should explain everything, I've sent them letter 3 times and other e-mails letting them know I was planning on making a report and they have not responed directly to any of them. Letter is as follows...... "I am VERY upset by your service!!!! My credit has been charged FOUR times and this is ridiculous!!! I authorized ONE charge of $14.99 (it's SUPPOSED to be for 1 month of service) on December 5th, 2006 and that transaction did NOT go through so your company took it upon itself to charge my credit card 3 more times!!! There are 3 transactions that went through all on December 6th the 1st two are for $14.99 and the 3rd one is for $22.98 (I didn't see THAT price on your rules or as a matter of fact on your web site anywhere!!! I am a single mom of a wonderful patient son and I get no support from the father and very little from the state (just food stamps!!!). I am on FIXED income and feel that I being financially RAPED by you all. If I am not a winner then I would desperately PRAY that you would refund my 1st transaction that I authorized which is the $14.99. I most defiantly need to have the other 2 transactions refunded as I did NOT AUTHORIZE THESE!!! That would be the 2nd transaction of $14.99 and the 3rd one for $22.98!!! I would hate to believe there are people that feel they can get AWAY with breaking the law especially when you have so helpfully put on your website information on fraud alerts!!!! If you do not award me the lottery winnings I've SUPPOSEDLY won or refund all of my money that has been "STOLEN" AND "FORCIBLY" taken from me I will have to find some way to take this to a Federal Court of as my credit card is FDIC insured!!!"

IF you used a credit card, WHY don't you do a chargeback????

#2Consumer Suggestion

The biggest benefit of using a credit card is that your issuing bank will dispute the charge for you- IF you do it within 60 days of the charge instead of writing letters! You bank will be happy to assist you.

Lottos are scams aimed at those who are most vulnerable and who therefore need a miricle. I suggest you skip the lottos and all of the many variations of the other scams that are so abundantly represented here.
