Complaint Review: freelotto.com

I am reporting about freelotto.com. It is not free! They have sent me 3 notices that I have won! First time was one million dollars, pending, secone time was today that I won fifty thousand dollars! I click to their site and they want me to give them a credit card number to play again! If I won the picked numbers, I should be entitled to my winnings! I have read about the same things that happened to other people. Isn't there anything that we can do against free lotto?
