Complaint Review: Freelotto

Freelotto does not allow its customer to cancel subscriptions and in turn continues to bill the customers credit card. ripoff New York New York

I tried cancelling my subscription to Freelotto about 3 months ago, and to this day, I have re-accurring charges from this company. Their policy is to have you cancel subscription via email and in 7-10 business days your subscription will be cancelled.

I have followed this policy 3 times already and don't what else to do other than cancel the account. The response to the emails is an automated one with no return phone #'s or anything. That's another thing, they have no customer service #'s to call, no help hotline, just an email address that never gets answered.
