Complaint Review: FreeLotto

FreeLotto I kept getting notice about I've won US$ 1,000,000 since April 30 2007 but when they asked to validate for claim, I can't claim it until today. When I did email them, I just got notice about instruction only. I suggested that if this is true, just make it easier to me to claim. New York New York

I kept received email from Prize Supervisor of FreeLotto Company at New York, USA with noted that I've won US$ 1,000,000. They keep noted that my name from Surabaya, appears on the list 3 times and only me are eligible to receive a check.
When I did claim it to the link by their email, they kept asking to fill another play and I did click to choose it [ it can't move forward if I didn't do click to pick the option of the play] and then move to the link of which I prefer to receive my prize winnings [ by check or electronic funds transfer (EFT) ]. After did all these things, then to the button of 'CLICK TO VALIDATE'.
next appear are asked with my credit card number. Everytime I'm on this step, I'm always failed to claim it. They also asked my 'CVV' of credit card number.

So, by this matter ... I really hoped that someone/somebody could help me out. Thank you.
