Me and colleage went to this website, which claimed that we could download real music ringtones for $8.00, However once on there we found out that they had polyphonic ringtones that sound stupid and we would have to supply the real music, which we don't know how to do.

No email address or phone number to call, so we can't speak to anyone else. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.

THe site is used to upload music as ringers. You must be able to use a computer and follow instructions. Press the link stating Real Music Ringers and click tutorial. This will show you the steps in order to use the site. Its not difficult but it is trying if you do not read the directions.

No Problem Unless You're Ignorant Or Lazy

I think $8.00 is a bargain for the service FreeRingers provides. God forbid you people have to take an extra minute of your time to follow the STEP-BY-STEP instructions on how to make the ringtones yourself.

But why pay a small fee and a once and take the time to make a ringtone out of any song or other audio file you wanted to when you could pay and even smaller fee over and over for each ringtone that may or may not be what you wanted?

Like the title says, you won't have a problem with FreeRingers unless you're ignorant or lazy.

What we provide and how to contact us

We try to be very clear as to what services we provide. We allow users to send an unlimited number of real music ringtones, polyphonic ringtones, and images to their phone at no cost other than the one time $8 membership fee for a lifetime membership for up to 4 phone numbers (we never bill you again). For real music ringtones, we make it very clear (even highlighted in red on our front page) that you can "convert any MP3 or CD to a real music Hi-Fi ringtone". We also state this again on our order page.

Furthermore, we provide extensive instructions on how to convert MP3 or CDs to real music ringtones in the form of simple step-by-step instructions and we provide everything required for no additional cost or hardware needed. If you do have a question or problem with real music ringtones you can just contact us for assistance.

To contact us, we provide a link on every page labeled "Support/Contact" or "Support System". These allow you to send us an email using a form that includes additional information (like your phone model, cellular company, account user name, etc.) so we can assist you with any problem or question you may have. We don't provide a direct email address link because of spam and the inability to know your account information (which we really need to assist you). Most companies don't provide direct email address links for these reasons. It just doesn't work well and slows down your answer or solution. We get hundreds of support emails every day and answer all of them in a very timely manor (our average response time is under 2 hours).

If you have any question or problem with our service, feel free to contact us, we're here to help.
