Complaint Review: FREESOM POP

i HAVE A fREEDOM POP PHONE AND IT IS AN HTC4G,WELL WITH THE HELP OF A 110 YEAR OLD i WAS FINALLY ABLE TO SEND AND RECEIVE CALLS,BUT THAT ALL ENDED TODAY EVERY TIMEI  tried to make a phone call as soon as I would press the phone to send my #would dissppear  and about  1 month ago qI had a technician who i could not understand until he tried to sell me a service I have qith Norton Security Suite, well any way,this person who could not speck good English suddenly was able to speak the Kings English very well when he was tryin to sell me something I did not need, my emaailk address is (((redacted))) I have had this phone for 3 months and I thought I had finally started to be able to use this thing,my phone #at home is (((redacted))) Thank U as I am not a very happy camper
