Back in August 2005, we purchased a house and we got a great interest rate from a great broker who did a great job who also gave us copies of all the paperwork and answered all out questions.

In Late August, James Younan, who is the biggest, cheat, liar, fraud and should be selling used cars at U** D**,(((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))) came into our lives. I was 8 months pregnant, and mesrable. We talked NO--HE FORCED into a REFINANCE, that he promised we had certain rates and time of closing all the rates were WRONG WRONG!... He lied. He even went as far as saying that he was going to put a lien on our home if we didn't go thru the closing because he needed to get paid.

During the whole process, he signed my husbands name (because he was always working on our application) and he was also using information from our credit report and pulling our bank statments of our current (back then) mortgage company to print out a statement showing payment history.

HE lied, and he nEVER provided us a copy of the Good Faith Estimate. HE and the superisor at Freestand FINANCIAL, were all unethical. If you know a lawyer that will take this case, please email me asap!.. I am prepared to take Freestand fincial to court and sue them for their negligence in allowing JAMES YOUNAN to conduct business like a sleazy car salesman.

IF you even think about replying to this and saying some stupid SH*T like FREESTAND FINANCIAL cannot control what their employees do, DONT!.. NOT only can they control but they are obligated by law and ethics to make sure and monitor what their employees are doing and making sure this NEVER, EVER happens, instead of saying that they control everyone all the time. THEY HAVE TO!, they are using their name and business and are FINANCIALLY responsible for EVERYTHING their employee does especially if they use their name as a business company!

I have gone their and spoke to someone, but he tried to change my mind of refinancing. I want them to refinance and make my loan a fixed rate instead of this balloon rate that my mortgate jumped from 1000 dollars to 2700.. I will also call channel three on your side to make this a even broader and ensure the entire valley knows about this.

FREESTAND MORG

Freestand Financial Mortgage (Jesse Gee is the owner) has closed their doors; but the owner of the company (Jesse Gee) is operating and co-mingling funds (for which he was fined by the courts. This was only one of the many charges he faced and he was fined $100,000). He hasn't learned his lesson though and continues to operate in the same way under a different guise. My case isn't exactly the same as complainant here, but I am now out of my home due to the skyrocketing mortgage payments which resulted in foreclosure due to the coverup and lies Freestand Mortgage perpetuated.

I refinanced with them and I was one of many who did not receive the proper information and proper disclosures. My sister is being threatened by Jesse Gee because he claims that he put up his own money for financing my sister's mortgage. Although she signed the contract with Freestand Mortgage. Again, he co-mingled funds.

So I am going on here to see if there would be any other parties who would like to get in on a class action law suit regarding Freestand Mortgage and Owner Jesse Gee?

I have a hard time believing what you are saying. First of all, no one can force you to sign any paper work. So we know that what you are stating cannot be all truth. I find it funny that borrowers sign 150 pages of documents and then after they have "buyers remorse" decide to ruin people's name and question their integrity.

Did he hold a gun to your head? Did you do your research and find if he could do any of the things he was threatening? Did you take advantage of your 3 day recision period to cancel the loan. Simply put, you let your self be taken advantage of and now that you can't take the blame yourself, you try to put it on someone else.

Life is about making mistakes and accepting responsibility. Next time educate yourself before making a decision about your largest investment. You signed 150 pages in a contract the legally binds you to your loan. No attorney will take your case for that. Now if you can prove he signed your name, you can make a case for fraud. Go that route, you will have better luck.
