ordered 2 1200 watt turbos on 8-7-07, this order has never been completey sent. they just send partial order and then string you along. they only accept paypal for payment, so they string you along for 45 days and then nothing can be done , as paypal takes no complaints nor does refunds after 45 days. a complaint to the BBB resulted in them sending me another tubo , but no batteries , they sent me a check for $150 to purchase my own batteries , however the batteries for these turbos cost $225 apiece. no way of knowing if these turbos will ever work without investing in batteries and other essential components.

this man is a real smooth talker, and tells you everything is on its way , even sends a UPS tracking number. but UPS does not pick up these orders , per vetters , they take them to UPS in bulk, the first turbo said it weighed 30 pounds , but was more like 50, so they are even ripping off UPS. i did report this to UPS also. in hindsite the website sounded to good to be true price wise , but when i spoke to vetters on the phone before placing my order he did convince me that they had the best turbos on the market. his words "no one can touch us ". at last check his BBB rating i a C.
