Complaint Review: Freeway Transmissions

Freeway Transmissions has not yet fixed our transmission & has our vehicle, lost parts etc. we have lost work time, it is our only work truck Kaysville Utah

The truck has been in their shop for atleast 3 weeks on & off. It has NOT been fixed since day 1. They charged us for a tranmission & labor & our truck was not fixed. We have lost work, we are behind in work, because it is our only work truck.

They promise us it will be done at a certain time & is NEVER done & never done right. It was supposed to be done now for the 3rd time we have taken it back it, on Monday morning 1st thing, & here it is wed. afternoon & we still don't have it! They have lost parts, put the wrong parts in. They have had the truck now this time for a week so far. They do not know how to fix our tranmission problems because it is desiel.

They do not admit that they took on something they have no knowledge about. They also try to charge us for the labor to fix there mistakes. It should have been done right when we first took it in over a mth ago! We call the main office & noone ever takes the blame or fixes a thing, they all pass it on to the next guy! Or the boss is out of town. We need this truck!!!!! We have a family & a business to run! We paid good money to get a working transmission, not to get screwed & ripped off!
