We purchased a one week (7 nights) stay from French Quarters in Branson, Mo. on March 04, 2004. It was agreed that we would send monthly payments to either mortgagepayment@hotmail.com or mortgagepayment@regencyresorts.net.
After the total balance was paid we could schedule the 7 nights stay. I called to make the reservation and was transferred to Larry who was at the property that he was the scheduler who did not answer. Several phone calls were made to French Quarters over the next several months with promises to schedule to further avail. Why not just tell the truth so as to save customer's lost time, inconviences and further loss of money. This company and it's associated companies are fraudulent at this point.
