Jon Billingsly salesman for Fresh Air Solutions Inc. sold me a Rainbow vacuum cleaner & air cleaning system on April 24, 2015 for $ 2500. Jon Billingsly put on the contract that I had three days from April 28, 2015 to cancel the contract.  April 29, 2015 when I tried to return the system I was told by Paul Gunter, also salesman for Fresh Air Solutions and boss of Jon Billingsly, by phone, that the date was incorrect but, I would receive my money back. Later that same day another man from Fresh Air Solutions, Randy Hetrick, who Jon Bilingsly told me was from his corporate office, came to my home and told me I would not get my money back because I had kept the system a day too long. I saw an attorney, Sam Bone, Gadsden, Alabama  on April 30, 2015. Mr. Bone called and spoke to each of the three men. Mr. Bone then advised me to drive to 2969 Pelham Parkway, Suit C Pelham, Alabama and hand deliver a signed copy of the cancellation of the contract. I drove to the address and hand delivered the signed and dated cancellation on April 30, 2015. The contract said that the company would return my money within 10 business days of receiving the hand delivered signed contract cancellation. I have not received my money back from them nor have they contacted me.
