I took two of my garment: A red dress and a white jumpsuits to this cleaning services on April 7th 2015, I was told that it would take one week to have my garments ready for pick up, and I would receive a phone call. I waited and waited and got no phone Call, so I decide to pay them a visit on April 24th because I needed to wear one of the garment to a wedding. Upon arrival, I was told that both garment I left on April 7th are both not ready for pick up still, I started to panic and asked to speak to the owner because both garments cost me over $600. The owner of the company told me that he has not even touched the garment and he was sorry, I was very upset and requested to have both my garments returned back to me the next day, and left very disappointed. On April 25th, I visit again, this time I was told the garments were clean and ready. I was very surprised that the manager finally made a move in just one day. Upon inspecting both garments, I found out that not only have my white jumpsuits been damaged, it was still wet and still had stains all over the garments, the red dress looks like it was just steamed with no cleaning, and lots of visible stains all over. I immediately pulled out my phone and started to record both garments condition. I insisted that I was not leaving with both garments because it was not in the same Condition I brought it to them, and that I also clearly stated that I wanted both garments returned back to me since it was taking to long to attend to them.  the assistant that was attnding to me called the manager and explained my reaction to him, he then promised again to have both garments recleaned and make alteration to the damaged/torn part of my jumpsuits, and also  have it ready by April 28th 2015. I returned back on that day, it still wasn't ready. I exercised patients and returned again the next day April 29th 2015, and my garments are still not ready and now the manager of the company, is no where to be found and his phone is turned off.
I am unable to file a lawsuit because they have no public sales permit displayed for the public, no license displayed, accept cash only,and  they also refuse to provide the name of the owner of the business.

Today is the 4/30/2015 and i have still not recieved my $690 garments back from this cleaners.
