Complaint Review: fresh start / Dave Johnson

As I was wondering... what happen to my credit card package? ... I decided to look it up (fresh start credit card scams) i found out it was all a fraud!!!

I am really pissed off I too was told ,that i would get $2.500.00 in credit on a visa card!
that it would come from bank america . well I AM OUT OF $ 221.95.!!!

I was also recorded to make sure that i was giving my correct address as i spoke to this barely speaking english man who claims i was entiltled to a credit card and a 100.00 dollars in free gas and 500.00 dollars in coupons etc.anyway i thought this time this was it i kept him on the phone a long time he even told me i could check B.B.B. THAT HE WAS assuring me that they were legit..well after them taking the money on Dec.16th I WAITED for a few weeks he told me 14 to 18 days i would recieve a package with the application .i was to sign and that would secure me from anyone else using the card !! what a fraud here it is jan.15 and 3 calls later ..

oh i was getting it next week .. i want these people PROSICUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.. thankgod after reading on this site that i too been ripped i am going to the bank tomorrow, to try to get my money back ..My DEAR thanks to the other people who reported it and to ripoff.com nilda..
