First read this ripoffreport because it is exactly the way it went down with us. We paid $14500 to Fresh Start Financial Solutions to save our home. They promised to dissolve our mortgage through a lawsuit, and if they couldnt dissolve our mortgage, the contract stated we would be entitled to a full refund. We entered into a contract with Fresh Start around August 2009.

We sent Fresh Start Financial Solutions via certified mail return receipt in May 2011 a demand for a full refund and though received the green card back in the mail, no response from Fresh Start Financial Solutions to date. We lost our home to foreclosure in June 2011.

The ripoff report linked above, shows Kiwi Le-Compte is a liar because when I spoke with her in May of 2010 that we might be filing bankruptcy she told me she had talked to Arthur J Lewis and that they were glad we filed bk because now they could pursue the case through bankruptcy court. According to the report linked above, she told that client Arthur wasnt speaking to anyone since January 2010. Ok, so which lie is the truth?

Another lie is that the customer service reps are paid a fee at the start. They are not paid at the back end, but upfront. Another lie!

When I contacted the attorney in May of 2010 for Fresh Start Financial Solutions, Alan Geraci, of San Marcos, California, he said he knew nothing of our case, and that Fresh Start only collected fees, and that they dont do anything.

In November 2010 we received a dis-engagement letter from Alan Geraci claiming he was never paid by Fresh Start and could not do anything for us under the agreement with Fresh Start. Keep in mind we had signed an engagement letter with the attorney in the beginning of that year.

This company had no intention of filing a lawsuit on our behalf to rescind our mortgage loan. They collected fees, but with no intention of refunding the fees if Fresh Start Financial Solutions could not perform as stated in their contract.

Beware of this company. They are dishonest and unethical. They should all be in jail for taking money and doing nothing. Those of us who were scammed by Fresh Start Financial Solutions could have taken the money and flushed it down the
toilet for as much good as it did.
