Fresh Start Financial took money every other week for computer and never received computer Virginia Beach Virginia
I have been having monies debited from my account for over 3mths now and have yet to receive a computer whenver i call i get a different answer from freshstart financial as to why the computer has not been sent. They even have gone so far as to blame Dell....when speaking w/dell they said they have no orders or "contracts" with freshstart financial and suggested that i report them to dell's fraud unit which i am doing...i think it just sad that these people would take your money and not even give you enough respect as to give you an honest answer. when i first started dealing w/freshstart they were polite and friendly...as time went on and i still received no computer,and started questioning them they became more and more rude and down talking to me....if anyone has any suggestions...i welcome the advice
