The purpose of filing this Rip Off Report for Christine Kapsos and Her husband Will Green is to make others aware of the negligence, seemingly purposeful, and questionable legal actions by mainly Will Green Attorney in this particular bankruptcy case as it may be possible others have been, and/or may be currently, similarly affected by such actions. To my knowledge, the State of Wisconsin has yet to investigate and Attorney Will Green remains working in this capacity, but under a different website name. What a shame that these 2 attorneys took our money and after not doing anything in 6 month, just disappeared and only recently somebody told us they now do business under Will's wife Christine only.Please stay away from these people.

My name is Christine Kapsos and I own Fresh Start Law Firm, a non-profit law firm that has been started to help low and middle income people in Southeastern Wisconsin get affordable legal advice. I do not represent clients myself, so whomever filed this report against me personally, did so in error. I used to be the Managing Partner at Green & Kapsos Law Offices. This meant that I oversaw the daily business, but again, I never represented clients. When my husband and business partner William Green and I divorced, Green & Kapsos Law Offices was shut down, and William Green started his own business known as Will Green Law Firm. This business is currently open and he represents clients in bankruptcy, family law and other general law. If you paid money for work to be done by Green & Kapsos Law Offices, then you need to contact him at 414-460-3335 to do the work, since ALL client files have been transferred to his new firm. Furthermore, all open client files were sent letters telling the clients the firm was shut down and how to contact Attorney Green. I have never cheated anyone, and I resent the implication that I did so. Whomever filed this ridiculous report needs to get their facts straight. William Green and his new law office is in no way affiliated with Fresh Start Law Firm.
