They operate by buying student buildings and selling-on the freehold right of the 'pods' on the back of very good rental guarantees, which are supported as legal contract documents and to be honest should be very vaiable.

All sounds good and straight forward, however that is where the simplicity ends as they simply don't pay you the guarantees... Genius!
You wont be able to contact anyone in accounts, they have hardly anyone left and a similar story unfolds in the client relations team. The MD - Philip Wright  & CEO - Charlie Cunningham simply will not return any calls whatsoever, so you are left with just a receptionist to speak with.

I have issued solicitors letters and this has not cajoled them into paying any of the rentals or even responding to me or the letters. This leaves investors high and dry with only one option, this may well be a class action in Scotland against them - I will provide and update in due course.

Avoid like the plague and these are not investment people these are rip-off merchants with one goal in mind, to feather their own nests at the sufferance of private investors. If you are one of these investors, as unfortunately I am, then I would like to hear from you as collectively we will have a stronger voice and carry more weight, legally!
