Complaint Review: Fresh Start Processing

I somehow was looking for a Federal program housing assitant thru the HOPE program. This company contact me and said they could help I have been fighting with my mortage company since it was unemplyed Jauary 2009 thru April 2010 I ahve been asking for a modification they assured me and took all my documents w-2, 4506t form, budget, and other paperwork and said they could get my mortage company Sun-Trust Mortage to help. This bank is one of the top 20 banks that created the US economy meltdown during the 2008-2010 housing marker crash. Now do not get misunder stand me I have been in the house since 1999 and did not over extend myself on credit and did not have a second mortage and did not borrow more money than the house was worth. I paid this company $1500.00 and never was approved, watch this company should have knew when Randall Yarbourgh starting talking religion to me how he prayed for company like his to help people like me in crisis like this. I have all e-mails and recorded converstaion with Randy and Tara Baptist his employee. One week he even called me to make sure I was make a payment and when for $750.00 so he could make payroll.
