Complaint Review: fresh water systems

This is a water filtration/purification supply company. Several years ago I ordered filters etc from them and got very good service. Now their customer services is very, very, very bad!! They used to be easy to contact by phone; now its almost impossible. I finally ordered a replacement UV lamp quartz sleeve from them and what I got was a UV lamp instead which wasn't even the same brand. I've tried repeatedly to get them to correct this by phone and they keep putting me on hold, say they will call back, and never do. This has become a scam, ripoff company. I am pursuing filing a criminal complaint. Before I ordered this time I happened to notice an awfully large number of customer complaints!
