I went to Freysinger Hyundai in July of 2009.  Saw the ads for Cash for Clunkers and decided our clunker had to go.  The salesman Bob Oley showed me a few Elantras.  I took a brochure and went home.  Next day my wife and I went down.  I showed her the two cars I looked at.  She liked the Elantra, but wanted a red one with leather interior.  He pointed out a red one with leather and we said OK.

About a month later, I realize the car I purchased didn't have the USB port for the radio.  I looked at the brochure which I still had and it said the Elantra has the USB port.  Called the dealer and was told they'd look into it.

After a month of waiting, I called the BBB and Attorney General's office.  I also did some research.  After going back and forth with BBB and the AG, I found out Freysinger screwed me and there's nothing I can do about it.

The research I did said the car they sold me was an older model.  It was apparent by looking at the XM antenna.  The older cars, like mine, have an antenna that looks like a computer mouse.  The newer models have an antenna that looks like a shark fin.  The salesman and sales manager both knew that, but said nothing.

I guess you could say "buyer beware", but when they *know* they're ripping you off and don't say anything, a consumer feels cheated.  I will never go there again, and I hope no one else does.
