In Sept 2009 I placed an order for die cut magnets of an art toy design so that I could sell them at conventions etc. Upon receiving my product, I took one magnet out of the box to put one on my refrigerator. All of the magnets have a curve to them,a lot like a potato chip. As I placed the magnet on various metal surfaces in my kitchen, I noticed that they would not stick. I have contacted the company several times.

Recently I have been in contact with real professional magnet makers and they have stated to me that the reason for this inferior product is because the artwork printed on vinyl is thicker than the magnetic surface itself and there is no way to remedy the problem other than having the order redone on a thicker surface. The short version, this company is cutting corners to make an extra penny and refuses to acknowledge their bad product, they will not offer any refund, remake, etc.

They even made up stories to me about them being absolutely perfect on their end and that there is nothing wrong with the product. Clearly this is not the case. I have all emails saved as well as video that I took of the product showing how bad the finished product is. Magnets are supposed to stick to metal, and you're not supposed to make an effort to get them to stick, and I don't expect to tell everyone a 2 minute story on how to get them to stay and what surfaces they might stick on to.

These people are horrible and I will never work with them again.
