Received a phone call from a Michael Chambers discussing what the Law Firm could do to provide me with a mortgage modification.  He was very convincing about selling me a modification.  However, after my paperwork was transferred to a processor, I found out that it was all "lies".  Not going into any detail, because I am still too upset.  Was given a phone number to a "Tony" who they stated was the manager to request a refund.  Tony did not return calls and the secretaries at the firm will filter the phone calls.  Can't even get a refund and I stand to lose my home.  Please, please don't do business with them.  If a Michael Chambers call you, HANG UP!!!

We Fight for our Client's rights

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, March 28, 2011

My firm works tirelessly with employee's dedicated to obtaining results.  We dispatch lawyers throughout the State of Florida to fight foreclosure matters.  Our mitigators gather information and attempt to obtain the best possible results for our client's.

I start my response with this language because the passion and service upon which this firm is based should not be disparaged by any anonymous complaint on the internet.  Complaints of this nature point out the problems of the computer age.

To suggest we are "liars" and attempt to "rip off" our client's is contrary to the purpose of the firm.  We engage in this practice to help our client's and fight against the banks.

In the past, a person like this complainant would come to my office, without the guise of anonymity, and we would determine the truth of the allegation.  In the computer age, a person can hide behind the computer screen without any facts which we can determine the validity of these complaints.  As an attorney the contract signed by anyone is clear we cannot guarantee results.

Also, we do not guarantee refunds when our office works on cases to obtain resolution.  If we take a case which we later determine would not qualify for a loan modification our firm will obviously return monies because we could not render the service agreed upon.  Sometimes return of these monies can be the result of administrative issues.  Whether this complainant is such a person is impossible to determine given the fact we cannot know his/her identity.

We get internet complaints from our competitors who simply seek to disparage our name and gain advantage.  Our firm employ's attorney's to review the files and fight for your rights.  When a problem arises we address the issues and don't hang up.  We trust in the same respect of our client's will do the same.

I hope the complainant will call me and not "hang up" so we can resolve any issues and I can assure an opportunity to fairly resolve the complaint.
