Friend Machinery China Martin Liang Dishonest Asian Supplier Promised Products and Did Not Deliver - And 5 Months Late with Equipment ZHANGJIAGANG CITY, JIANGSU China
Friend Machinery promised a laser micrometer with their line but did not send it with the line. I can provide an email which states the line included a laser micrometer. They show pictures of the micrometer on their Alibaba listing and they sent me video of the line that included a laser micrometer when it was complete
They also promised to provide 50 free spools for winding the filament. They were not delivered.
The machine was quoted as 30 days to build and 30 days to ship. It took them 6 months to build it and 30 days to ship. That's 5 months late. This caused my company significant loss in revenue.
The company representative Martin Liang became very unresponsive after my initial 40% down payment and they are now not responding to me in regard to the laser micrometer and the 50 free spools.
This has been the worst experience of my 15 year career of purchasing from suppliers. Absolutely zero customer service.
There are many other reputable Chinese suppliers. Don't do business with Friend Machinery.
