Friendly Duck Affiliates is a company based in Italy that are in truth a subsidiary of Usenet.NL and are behind a huge consumer scam that also involves DMCA abuse of authors works.

Here is proof they are affiliates for USENET.NL

A quick Google search for Usenet.NL scam will show many many complaints about sign up scams.

Usenet.NL have 10, 000+ reports of complaints on the internet about ripping people off by refusing to cancel a free trial, and then passing on the matter to a dubious debt collection agency called Tech Inkasso GmbH (who also are basically a subsidiary of Usenet.NL) and send out letters demanding extortionate amounts for amounts claimed to be owed for cancelled Usenet.NL accounts, even when cancelled properly via Paypal, Tech Inkasso get involved and try and bully people into Pay palling them large amounts of money.

Friendly Duck Affiliates role in the DMCA abuse and in the complaint is to enlist DMCA abusers in the Russian Federation who are willing to use black hosting (black hosting are hosts that claim to be immune to DMCA takedowns) and who spam the web with fake PDF adverts for authors books that then link to Usenet.NL.

Friendly Duck Affiliates pay commissions for such spammers, those who can create fake ads, and thus drive consumers into a deceptive bait and switch fraud/scam.

They did it with my book and I filed 150+ DMCA complaints. Their affiliates spammed the web with degrading domain names to offer fake downloads of my book using a Russian Federation spammer:-

The Russian spammer was caught making over 160 websites between 2015-2017, making PDF adverts for my book, using a tracking code that always linked back to Usenet.Nl banners, created by Friendly Duck Affiliates.

I signed up to Usenet.NL for a free trial to check if the file was there. It was not there. I cancelled as per the terms and conditions and then weeks later got a debt collectors letter from Tech Inkasso demanding over 100 euros.

Consumers should be aware that Friendly Duck Affiliates are the ones driving the fake ads for Usenet.NL, and are responsible for causing people to be scammed by fake ads claiming to provide PDFs of authors books.
