Frigidaire Electrolux Broken Dehumidifier No service available Sweden Nationwide

I bought a dehumidifer.  It was used for one week and started showing an error code.  I reached out to customer service and have received nothingbutthe run around.  Every 2 days I get another email asking for some informationm I have previously sent.  

 

The interactions are laughable and very frustrating.  One email ask for the model number and serial.  That was sent in from teh online form and in two subsuquent emails.  Two requests for the invoice which I provided.  Next email asked was for the seller which is obvioulsy on the invoice.  They even asked for teh purchased date also in the invoice obvioulsy.

 

The unit is in new condition but failed.  I serached for repair shops and the only shop in my state said this unit should be returned to teh manufactuirer for replacmenet.  I can not beleive they are even allowed to operate in todays day and age.  How have they not been sued for this horrioble service behavior?
