Complaint Review: Froggifts.com

I ordered a set of earrings. They sent me the wrong set of earrings, no packing slip in the box. I emailed one of the addresses on the website; email came back undeliverable. I emailed a second address on the website; no response. I tried 800#. Found it to be disconnected. So I then just packaged up the item with email and explanation that I received wrong item and wanted a refund. No response. I called my credit card company. They said try one more phone number for them. So I tried the toll # on the credit card bill. Disconnected. Called my credit company back and they refunded the money.

Froggifts.com is not a legitimate company. They send wrong items or don't sent items at all, hoping customers won't complain. They need to be off the internet.
