This company gave good service and a good product in 2004, so I ordered again from them on Dec. 16, 2005 with maximum 2 week delivery time. When they had not arrived by January 5, I called and talked with John Goodin who said that, in the Xmas rush, they were mistakenly sent to Philadelphia and that he would redo the order and send it overnight express, with delivery on Saturday, January 7 at the latest, since it was to be a birthday present on January 8.

Nothing had arrived by January 9, so I called again. Again, John said that the order must have been lost in the mail. He gave me a tracking number - which I found out did not exist.

Still nothing by January 16. More and more often, I would get a message machine rather than John. When I finally reached him again, he said that his best friend had just died and he was out of the office for a few days. Then he promised to redo the order and resend again.

I have sent several emails and made numerous calls since then, but none have been answered. The message machine is on full time.

Fortunately, I used my Visa card and am being reimbursed for the money --- but not the time and the embarrassment of not having the birthday gift.

Just wanted to warn others about the unreliability of this company.
