Complaint Review: From you flowers

From you flowers missed delivery 2x. the 3rd time sent wrong order.

The original order was not delivered when it was supposed to have been.

I called and your representative said I had chosen a different date and assured me the flowers would be delivered.

When even that date came and passed, I called, your next representative advised From You Flowers wrote the wrong address and it was NEVER delivered.

Another new delivery date was scheduled, and your next representative promised to correct the delivery and promised an additional upgrade to make up for the multiple errors.

That wasn’t done either.

Today, your next representative offered me a 30% discount??? 

Why would I want a 30% discount? Why would I want a 100% discount??

I wanted my  flower order delivered when it was originally placed. I wanted my flower order delivered the second date it was promised, I wanted the flower order delivered the third time when the address was corrected,. I wanted my flower order delivered on the latest corrected date with upgrade as promised.

That didn't happen either.

Simply put, The customer service people at From You Flowers are all very polite -- but not one of them has kept any of the many promises.

I will continue to buy and send flowers - but it won't be through FromYouFlowers or your assocites.
