On Dec 21 I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my daughters home. I had chose this company because they promised delivery within 4 hours.
6 hours later, no delivery had been made so I called. The auto track system could not even find my order then I sat on hold for quite some time waiting for customer service. Finally I get a young man (claims his name was Yankee) who claimed that the florist wasn't answering him so he didn't know why the flowers hadn't been delivered and he stated they would be delivered the next day. I asked why I paid extra for 4 hour delivery and he offered to refund the fee and give me a $10 certificate. I told him I was not very happy and doubted I would use them again and why not just refund me $10 instead. At first he said he could do that but then came back and said he could not so I asked him to upgrade the arrangement which he agreed to do.
Next day, still no flowers so I call again and a lady tells me they are out for delivery (on their way). Hours later when still no delivery I call again and am told that they couldn't find a florist in my area!
Basically they LIED to me when they said the flowers were out for delivery. Now it is too late to get the arrangement delivered to my daughter and I'll have to wait for a refund to be issued until after Christmas. Will NEVER use this company again!
