My family purchased 6 total tickets to an event this business was putting on ($109 each).

Upon arrival at the event, my mother was told her band was "void" - no further explanation, a person named Dave threw it away and would not allow her access to it to at least see the ticket number, and both of my parents - upstanding white-collar citizens - were forced to leave since my mom did not have a ticket.

NO ONE from this company will give me a SOLID answer as to what happened.  I have been told 3 different things by 3 different people, and the bottom line is: we deserve our money back!  

Your scanning system was clearly faulty (one rep told me the scanners didn't work half the time, and they were just "letting people in").  Hmmm, really???  Then another told me that ticket had been changed out at the box office, which is IMPOSSIBLE since the ticket had been sitting at my parents home in the kitchen drawer for the past 3 weeks!

The bottom line is, no explanation has been given and no one will tell me anything other than "the ticket was void." What a RIPOFF!  We demand a refund; the BBB has been notified.
