Frontier Airlines Cancelled a flight Philadelphia,Pennsylvania Nationwide
I scheduled a round trip from Philadelpha, Pa to Denver, Co. After I arrived at the airpot gate, I saw that the flight had been cancelled. Talking to personnel behine the Fronteir desk offered another flight on Saturday, this was Tuesday,. even the flight attendents were unaware of the flight cancellation until they arrived at the gate. I contacted Frontier several times. They offered me a $100.00 voucher usable within 6 months only. Subsequent emails did nothing to change this. They cancelled the flight so I feel I should recive a full refund. Not a partial voucher.

What should I do if Frontier cancels my flight?
When it comes to flight cancelations, some situations are within our control and others are not.
Controllable Situations within Frontier's control (such as aircraft damage, mechanical issues, etc.): If your flight is canceled due to controllable situations, we'll do our best to get you to your destination and place you on our next available Frontier flight at no additional charge. Alternatively, if your flight is canceled we'll provide you, upon request, a full refund of any unused portion of your ticket. To request a refund, please fill out our Online Refund Request Form.
Uncontrollable Situations out of Frontier's control (such as those caused by weather, Air Traffic Control, etc.): Given their nature, we do not offer compensation for uncontrollable events beyond the re-accommodation on the next Frontier flight. Alternatively, if your flight is canceled we'll provide you, upon request, a full refund of any unused portion of your ticket. To request a refund, fill out Online Refund Request Form.
In the event of severe weather such as a blizzard or hurricane, we will enact our Severe Weather Plan and issue travel advisories on FlyFrontier.com. The Severe Weather Plan allows for re-booking of flights without additional fees for a later date when the weather improves.
