This company broke my $200 stroller and won't replace it.  Yes it was checked as luggage but only because the line for security was longer because of the machine being down.  I just can't believe they couldn't handle with care.

I just wanted to send a follow up that Frontier did make this situation right.  I will not say what they did, but they made me a happy passenger once again.  Thanks Frontier.
